RETURNS
Our policy lasts seven days. We can’t offer you a refund or exchange after seven days. To be eligible for a return, you must send the item back in the same condition that you received it and unused. It must also be in the original packaging. 
Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
Sale items 
Sale items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@archerandpaige.com.au and send your item to: PO Box 606 Newcastle AU 2300.
Late or missing refunds
Please contact your bank first and then contact us at shop@archerandpaige.com.au if you are unable to locate your missing funds.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 606 Newcastle  AU 2300. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
